Step by step
- Load your clothes into the washer.
- Take a sheet from the pack. Tear along the perforation if you only need half.
- Lay the sheet in the drum on top of or mixed in with the clothes, not flat against the side of the washer.
- Close the door and run your normal cycle at any temperature.
How many sheets per load?
| Load | Dose |
|---|---|
| Small or medium load | Half a sheet |
| Normal large load | One sheet |
| Heavily soiled or extra-large load | Two sheets |
A pack makes up to 60 loads, depending on the load sizes you wash.
Washer types and water temperature
Spot works in front-load, top-load, HE and non-HE washers, in hot, warm or cold water, and in laundromat machines. Because the sheet dissolves in cold water too, you can wash cold to save energy.
Hand washing and travel
No washing machine? Fill a sink or basin with water, add a sheet and your clothes, and wash by hand. Sheets are dry and flat, so they also pack easily for trips.
Fabric softener and the dryer
Fabric softener works alongside Spot sheets. You do not need to remove the sheet before drying: it has dissolved long before the wash ends.
