Shipping Policy

Free shipping, every order

Shipping is free on every order from spotdetergent.com. There is no minimum order.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in all 50 US states, including APO/FPO addresses. We don't ship outside the United States yet.

Processing and delivery

• Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after that, depending on where you live.
• Each pack ships flat in a recyclable paper envelope — no plastic.

Delivery estimates aren't guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather and holidays can add time.

Address changes

Need to fix your address? Email hello@spotdetergent.com with your order number as soon as possible. We can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days, or it arrives damaged, email hello@spotdetergent.com with your order number. We'll send a replacement or a refund.
